The setup process is swift and simple. Power up, scan the Matter QR code, and step into your upgraded smart home. (Note: Ensure 2.4G WiFi and Bluetooth are active during pairing. If the QR code isn't clear, use the 11-digit Matter code beneath it.)

Using the Amazon Alexa app, Google Home app, or any other Matter-compatible app, or through voice command, you can set your schedule, control the light bulb on/off, dim/brighten, and set the color temperature. Create a group to control multiple smart light bulbs from anywhere or preset personal scenes for your every room.

Note: Energetic smart bulbs must work with the smart speaker and may not be compatible with traditional dimmer switches. They support 2.4GHz WiFi only.

Regarding compatibility with traditional dimmers, our Smart light bulb could not be used with dimmers because of its built-in dimming mechanism.

If you encounter a scan code prompt error or no response, please confirm whether the App software version meets the minimum version requirements.

Fail to add a light? a) Please ensure the mobile phone using the App is connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi as the controller. b) You can try restarting the controller, App, or mobile phone.

If the Matter QR Code sticker is worn out or missing, don't worry. We provide one QR Matter code sticker and one light print that contains a QR code on the bulb. Our suggestion is for customers to keep a photo of it for easy connection.

If you want to change smart home systems (like Alexa to Google), you should first remove the light from the original system, then connect it with the new system. Refer to the installation instructions on the listing for specific operations.
